    Dominguez Marketing Communications is looking for an Account Director that will help sustain, manage and develop long-term business relationship with clients through exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.

    He/She will be responsible for:

    • Planning, development and execution strategic of IMC-centric campaigns
    • Planning, developing and executing special projects and other client requirements
    • Actively seek out new business opportunities and secure new accounts for the agency.

    The Account Director will work closely with the agency team, media practitioners and other key stakeholders inside and outside the organization and ensure effective staffing levels, develop staff and provide guidance in career planning, training, motivation, performance, counseling and coaching.

    He/She must be skilled in editorial development, writing and editing publicity materials, press release, etc.

    Qualifications

    • At least 10 years experience in Public Relations and/or marketing communications and working knowledge in economics, business and politics
