Ericsson Philippines and Pacific Islands announce the appointment of Fabrizio Cara as ICT Head of Engagement.   He joins Ericsson Philippines from Ericsson AB’s Business Unit Global Services team, where he led the Global Application Development and Maintenance team with specific responsibilities to grow that business on a global scale.

Ericsson has been leading this ICT-driven transformation in the telecommunications space, and Fabrizio brings more than 17 years’ experience in management roles in the ICT domain, managing projects and presales engagements on Consulting, System Integration and Managed Services deals,” Elie Hanna, President and Country Manager for Ericsson Philippines and Pacific Islands, explained.

“We are confident that our customers will benefit from Fabrizio’s skill and experience in several European markets.”

Fabrizio joined Ericsson in 2011, having previously worked for Accenture Italy as a Senior Manager in the Business and Operations Support Systems (BSS-OSS) space.  He has also led Consulting, Systems Integration and Managed Services projects for Telco operators in Europe, covering different domains such as fulfillment, business intelligence, revenue management, service assurance, customer relationship management, TV&Media, IMS, business analysis and process design/ re-engineering, application development & maintenance, application and IT infrastructure operation.

Since joining Ericsson, Fabrizio has engaged extensively with C-level customers to help them meet their business objectives by leveraging Ericsson’s solutions and services in OSS.
