IPBiotech (IPB), the pharmaceutical distributor importer business of publicly listed technology conglomerate IPVG Corp. (PSE: IP) announced its partnership with veteran vaccine distributor, Vizcarra Pharmaceutical Inc.

Under the distributorship agreement signed on 8 December 2010, Vizcarra Pharmaceutical Inc. will be handling sales and marketing for Abhayrab and VinRab, which are both used for treating rabies victims.

IP Biotech imports several vaccines – Abhayrab, a purified verocell rabies vaccine by Indian Immunologicals of India, VinRab, an equine rabies immunoglobulin by Vins Bio of India, and Anflu, a seasonal flu vaccine from Sinovac, China.
