Paired with plug and play RJ9 Direct Connect, Jabra’s latest cost-effective corded headset features a noise-cancelling microphone, as well as lightweight and sturdy design optimised for cost-conscious contact centers
Philippines, 17 November 2010 – Jabra, the world leader in innovative audio solutions for contact centres and Unified Communications (UC), today launched the Jabra GN1900 Duo with RJ9 Direct Connect targeted at contact centres.
With its exceptional value and superior quality, Jabra GN1900 Duo enables increased staff productivity and performance. Its noise cancelling microphone eliminates background noise to deliver uncompromised sound quality, allowing smooth communication between agents and customers.
The headset comes complete with RJ9 Direct Connect that eliminates the need an adapter cord, additional amplifier or USB plug and hence making this a cost effective solution for contact centres. The Jabra GN1900 Series is available in duo and its multiple adjustment points make it customisable to individual preferences. Its headband combined with a lightweight design ensures all-day comfort – even in an environment where there is heavy-use of telecommunications via desk phones.
“Contact centers in Asia have been constantly reviewing strategies towards achieving marked improvements to overall call experiences for customers and business competitiveness,” said Ralph Ede, regional managing director for South Asia, Jabra. “With its superior comfort, sound quality and ease-of-use, Jabra GN1900 is an excellent choice for contact centers to meet these objectives.”
The new Jabra GN1900 features a lightweight, ultra-soft leatherette ear cushions for all-day calling comfort, plus improved acoustic coupling so customers are clearly heard the very first time. Jabra patented PeakStop™ technology provided acoustical shock protection against sudden, loud noises on the telephone network. The Boom arm with 270° rotation provides flexibility to ensure optimal microphone positioning and movement in both directions supports left and right wearing styles.
Jabra GN1900 is available through leading resellers at USD1440 (minimum order multipack of 24 pieces at USD60/piece).
